NEW! Job Posting – Parent Support Navigator

The Parent Support Navigator position aids in the prevention of child abuse and neglect for families experiencing mental health, substance abuse or domestic violence by providing specialized case management services for assigned families who are already enrolled in Healthy Families home visiting services. Collaboration and consultation with other Healthy Family team members and community outreach with other behavioral health/social service providers are essential functions of this position.

Applicants must have, at a minimum, the following:

  • Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or nursing.
  • Two (2) years’ experience providing case management and referral services for individuals affected by mental health, substance abuse and domestic violence.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening and Drug Screening.
