One Voice for Volusia facilitated the Infant Mental Health Chapter of Volusia/Flagler for the purpose of bringing multi-agency efforts together, resulting in enhanced collaboration and effective outcomes.  Outputs include:

• Creation of Stationary (Word document)
• Development and Approval of Membership Application (PDF document)
• Facilitation of 5 Meetings (1 planning and 4 chapter meetings)
• Development of Strategic Plan
• Development and Approval of Bylaws (PDF)
• Coordination, Interviews and Submission of Florida Association of Infant Mental Health Finance Survey
• Proposal, Submission and Notice of Award to/from Florida Association of Infant Mental Health Mini-Grant (PDF)
• Election of Officers/Executive Committee
• Mapping of Infant Mental Health Local System
• Development and Approval of Locally Used Definition of Infant Mental Health
• Development of Chapter Structure and Organization
